Project scope includes playground repairs along with the installation of a new playground safety surface, installation of new concrete walkways, replacement of cooling tower structural supports, major mechanical improvements including the replacement of major system components (i.e. pumps, condenser units, and package units), upgrades to the Energy Management System including the installation of new panels, addition of variable frequency drives, motorized dampers, and related sensors to system, upgrades to the PA communications system, replacement of carpet flooring, replacement of resilient flooring, and all necessary patching and painting.

This $4,978,776, Design Build Project consisted of a 20,000 sf, 2 Story, 23-Unit affordable senior living facility of Miami Dade County Public Houseing. Other improvements include site preparations for a new bus shelter as well as landscaping and sidewalk improvements on the north side of Bird Road. The scope of work included: Exterior painting at Bldg. 1 through 10 including stucco repairs. New HVAC at Buildings 01.02,03,04,05, 06, 07 and 10. New EMS for HVAC. New roofing on walkway decks C, D and E and Buildings 06 07 and 10.

2-Story, 18,000 SF Commercial Office Building, Pre-Cast Reinforced Concrete Joist System, Electrical Power, Custom Office Finishes, Building Enhancements, Fire Sprinkler System, Upgraded Landscape

Project scope includes the replacement of window AC units with new BARD units and associated replacement of windows as needed, water intrusion remediation including the application of waterproofing system below grade and sealing of all wall penetrations, upgrades to the PA communications system, site work includes creating a new swale for a water retention area, landscape enhancements including irrigation and sod.

Improvements and modernization of a 42,000 SF two-story office building. SHC is providing Design-Build services along with architect Deforma studio.

The scope of the project consisted of furnishing and installing all necessary upgrades to Sewage Pump Station 14. This included the excavation and demolition consisting of removing and abandoning the existing dry well, manholes, wet well, existing generator building, concrete slabs, sidewalks, and structural elements. Additionally, providing a 24-hour manned bypass pump with primary and backup pumps. The scope of work included the construction of 2 wet wells, a dry well, and new manholes, the modifications of dry well pumps, motors, valves, piping and fittings, and new access hatches. The installation of all new electrical and electrical panels, 2000-gallon diesel stationary generator, installation of RTU panel SCADA equipment, 6’ decorative aluminum fencing with rolling gates, new sidewalks, asphalt, milling, and resurfacing of 54 Street, and modern landscaping.

Project includes the installation of a new 40’ x 60’ shade structure over existing playground, major mechanical improvements including the replacement of cooling system components and more.

The scope of work included constructing a new 12-classroom building and covered walkways, building 6 new parking spaces, and relocating existing basketball courts.
